Exchange and return policy<\/span><\/h1>\n

These are the terms and conditions of Loza World products exchange and return policy<\/p>\n

1. When exchanging or returning any of the company’s products, the original invoice dated and issued by the company must be presented.<\/p>\n

2. The customer has the right to replace or return the sold item with a refund of its cash value without giving any reasons. And within the prescribed 14 days from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n

3. When replacing or returning, the product sold by the company to the customer must be in the same condition as when purchased. Provided that it includes its own packaging and cartons.<\/p>\n

4. The customer has the right to replace the sold item with another of the company’s products at the same value recorded in the invoice.<\/p>\n

5. The customer may not directly have the right to exchange or return it in the event that he opens the product in a way that prevents its replacement or return with another one, or with it it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

6. The customer may not directly have the right to exchange or refund in the event that he actually used the product, even if it was on an experimental basis, which resulted in opening the package and a decrease in the quantity packed with it.<\/p>\n

7. The amounts paid will be refunded using the same method by which they were paid.<\/p>\n

8. With regard to the exchange and return of gifts offered by us, It may not be exchanged or returned because it is not a sold product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
